When I walked into the place I could smell the cleanliness, and the office was immaculate. The on site manager Sharon ,m or Sandra I believe was her name is amazing. She's friendly, energetic, efficient, professional, and aware of everything that goes on in regards to then property, and the units. I would recommend the Jahnke location to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

So I haven't had any issues except the air could be turned down a few notches. I have t had any complaints other than that. The staff has been exceptional. Been renting here through 3 to 4 owners. If I was to complain it would be that now we have stricter gate hours.
