Great unit. I liked the Bluetooth gate entry. Price (initially) was fare. That’s why 4 and not 5 stars. Paid $120/mo from the start. Business as usual, then I get an email saying the following week my payments will jump to $235, causing me to rush and move out late at night to avoid that. I followed the app instructions for confirming move out and made sure to do all phases of move out confirmations through the app, in time before next billing cycle. Noticed two days later I was charged $230 for the following month, even though the app shows me as no longer having any units. I will say, to their credit, Eric, I believe, who answered when I called, quickly helped me reverse the charge and was nice about it. I would rent here again, but I’d want to be more clear on what my payment is and for how long before they can up the charges.
