This has been a great experience! Tiera manages this location, for Extra Storage Space. She is professional, efficient, kind and patient. She definitely went the extra mile to help me get exactly what I needed for our storage requirements. She had great suggestions and provided options and explanations of the spaces to ensure I had the best size. The location is clean, comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

In the past 2 months we have rented 2 units and I was delighted with the service and professionalism of Tiara! Over the past 30 years, we have rented storage units all over the east coast and we have never experienced such a helpful employee! Tiara went out of her way to facilitate setting up rentals for our sons. Her follow up communications to ensure everything was done correctly and to make our move in smooth was greatly appreciated! I’ve just recommended her to another family member! The storage unit itself is the best one I’ve ever seen! And a Great value! It’s spotless and so well set up! Just a few extra touches: A personal key code to get in, roomy elevators, several flatbed trolleys for your use, motion detection lighting, cool and well ventilated, and even an immaculate restroom and water fountain! All very much appreciated. They even have secure the bike lock type with 3 keys! This storage facility has truly been a great find and I will be glad to recommend it to anyone looking for a long term climate controlled storage facility. Thank you Tiara! If I could give you 10 stars I would!

This location is absolutely amazing. We went to other locations but this one is immaculate when it comes to customer service and cleanliness. Lauren is the best she was super friendly, customer oriented and professional. She sent us a text to make sure everything was what we needed. I would give this location 10 stars if I could.
