The facility I used was very clean. My belongings were in there for 3 years and no mold or any other issues. All of the staff were always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are super expensive. The rent went up a lot every year. Was paying over $400 a month for a 10x30.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to say Tiera at extra space storage is outstanding with customer service. I have been a resident of extra space for about three years now, and Tiera goes above and beyond anything I have experienced. She always has a smile, and is willing to do whatever she can to make you feel valued, and that’s a great feeling when you are going in and out of the state to know your belongings are being taken care of. I know there is a ton of storage options in Stafford VA, but Extra Space Storage is superior than any other.
