Extra Space Storage at 2795 Richmond Hwy

A manager Sabrina recommended this location after listening to what we needed. She was amazing! We drove to this location and met Tiera, another manager and the level of service we received blew us away.!!! Felt like we have known her forever. Facility looks and smells great. I just may rent another unit soon. Thank you Tiera and Sabrina for such outstanding customer service!!

I had an excellent experience with Extra Storage thanks to Tiera! She went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs. I originally rented a 10x10 unit, but after realizing it wasn’t going to be big enough, she quickly helped me switch to a 10x12 with no hassle at all. Tiera was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and easy. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Highly recommend Extra Storage, and if you get the chance to work with Tiera, you’ll be in great hands!

Great facility. Very clean. Used facility for almost two years; never had any issues at all. Tiera was a great help both when we entered and exited.

I would NOT recommend renting from Extra Space Storage. When I signed up, I was quoted one monthly price over the phone. Just three months later, my rent suddenly increased by almost $100 with little to no transparency upfront about how quickly rates could change. At no point during the sales call did anyone clearly explain that the “month-to-month” agreement could lead to dramatic price hikes based on “market rates.” When I called to question the increase, I was told they supposedly mailed a postcard notice, which I honestly never received. Then I was told the information was buried on page 15 of the contract. If major pricing increases are part of the agreement, that should be clearly explained verbally upfront, not hidden deep in fine print after customers have already moved their belongings in. It feels misleading and deceptive. They advertise attractive rates to get customers in the door, knowing moving storage units again is expensive and inconvenient. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and integrity from companies handling their personal property. After researching further, I realized many other customers have experienced similar surprise increases and pricing complaints. Be very careful before renting here and make sure you ask detailed questions about future rate increases before signing anything.
