Three, I've tried but I just can't bring myself to add more stars. Life Storage is a good brand, a good company to do business with. Unfortunately like every other business they're limited by the availability of good employees, this particular facility is managed by a woman who acts as if, and seems to believe she is the owner, creator, God of the place. Company policies will not apply to you if she likes you, and if she does not, she'll make her own rules and apply them to you. No other reason to avoid the place, if it's the best option for you, go for it, just be prepared for some bizarre behavior from the manager.
