We had been with Extra Space for I guess about a year. When the 1st rate hike came along, ES worked with us to bring our monthly rate back down. Unfortunately, when this recent rate increase came (and it is about a 60% increase), we just couldn’t afford to keep our RV there any longer. The storage facility on Harper’s Rd and Mike have been great! For us, we simply needed to find a better economical storage solution for our RV. Thanks Mike!
