November 17,2025 Karissa was very helpful and understanding. Karissa made sure my needs were met, she NOT once tried to stir me the other way. She gave me her full attention and all the time I needed to find the right storage space. I would recommend Karissa to the next. Thank you Karissa for all your help!!!?? The lady that helped us get into a storage unit was AWSOME. She, if anything tried to make it possible to rent a unit instead of turning us away. Now that’s good customer service. I’ve experienced a few Karen’s in my days but she definitely wasn’t that girl. Thank you Katherine for making this possible. ????

I’m grateful for my experience today Drew was so helpful to get me through the process for a storage unit. He asked when I needed it. I let him know ASAP. I was in and out in 1/2 hr with a 10x20 storage unit , a lock , gate code and Insurance for my belongings. Thank you again!!
