Everything was pretty straightforward . I walked inside, signed a few documents, given the code to get in and instructions on how to get to my unit and we're done. The only issue was the latch.on the door lock was not properly aligned so I had to struggle just to lock it. However, that problem was resolved the following business day. All good!!!

This is the worst service ever. This storage charged me online and they never pick up their calls again. The customer service we charged you online and ignored your calls. I hate this storage I need my refund back

I've rented a lot of storage units in my lifetime, and this was by far one of the worst ones. The manager is a complete jerk. He literally went out of his way to take everything I had left in life and auctioned it off including tacking a outrageous fee onto my account, misinforming me of the due date, after the extra $150 fee was added I was given only days to pay it, when I went there to pay everything except the outrageous fee he threatened to call the cops on me and actually picked up the phone and preceded to pretend to be on the line with 911, lying to them telling them that I threatened him. I don't understand why he couldn't have taken my payment which was 2 months of rent plus late fees and my unwanted insurance coverage, and given me a little time to pay his ridiculous unfair lien charge. This man is a horrible representative of extra space storage. I would never employ someone like him let alone appoint him in charge, all that power went straight to his head, I'll never rent from extra space storage again, public storage, u-haul moving and storage is where I'd trust my belongings if you're smart.

Customer service was so friendly and very clear about costs. No hidden fees!!! This review was entered by an employee at Extra Space Storage Mill Creek WITHOUT my permission. As it were, after the 3 month discount rate on a storage unit and RV spot, they increased the rate on EACH $100 ! When I called and asked if there were other discounts, the lot manager replied “not enough that it would matter.” They obviously didn’t care about retaining my business. Manager is not very friendly, he acted like he was doing me a favor, so I went elsewhere. I would not recommend this storage facility!
