UPDATE: This has turned into the worst storing experience of my life. I have stored it almost every different storage facility In the area, at some point or another. But by far the staff here, especially the manager, are extremely nonprofessional angry people. Right after I wrote the review, I was approached by the manager, who immediately started with an attitude. And said he was going to kick me out because I was at my storage unit for too long and said that I was loitering, I run a business and need access to my tools and supplies at any given time. Sometimes it is necessary for me to be there for longer than normal to conduct business not to loiter. I told him what the washington state definition for loitering was, and he told me that I was wrong. About a week later, I talked to the senior district manager and was assured that everything would be smoothed out. About a week after that, I received a note on my door stating that they would not be renewing my lease. The following month. I took the timeoff of work to be able to get everything out of the unit, and into a new one that was locked out. And had to leave a few items outside because of the lockout and without any warning, they removed about $5000 to $6000 dollars worth of my belongings including a tow dolly that I was told was disposed of which is completely illegal Because it is a licensed vehicle and needs to be towed professional tow company. I called the senior district manager, and she would not return any phone calls. I found out that the manager was actually accused of a sex offense but was not brought to trial, because the woman was too scared. He allowed the woman to stay in her storage unit. Meaning live in her storage unit for almost a year. Needless to say, this is the most unprofessional disgusting storage facility. I have encountered. I have no idea why the manager has not been fired, as well as the senior district manager for condoning his behavior. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The company itself I would say, is a good company. They have very good people working at their main office. But this facility specifically is just a outlier, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I don't know about the other facilities they have. Extremely easy over the phone or online move In. I decided to get a storage unit and within let’s say 20 minutes I was ready to move in. Online was very easy. I ended up doing it over the phone just because of needing to do a 24 hour unit, but they are very reasonably priced and the staff isn’t constantly telling you what to do and that you need to leave they’re very Courteous and understand that you are storing things that mean something to you and they show that. I wouldn’t store anywhere else.

Under no circumstances would I move anything in here. It was a bait and switch. Our rent doubled as soon as we got moved in due to what they called market rates. Your rent can change at any time if you are month to month. They have attrocious late fees during what most places would consider a grace period. Youll be locked out of your belongings if you are late at all. These guys are shady and prey upon people who dont read the fine print. Run, dont walk away. Update: The owner is a corporation based in Utah. You can only call the store directly. I confirmed the web rate you sign up with is not the long term rate. It is an undisclosed temporary and the rate will change after you move in. DO NOT get played into signing up online it is deliberately baiting you to sign up for a false rate. There is a grayed out lined out monthly rate next to the web rate online. The grayed out rate is the least you'll sign up for after you get settled in. This is fraudulent adverstising that should be investigated by the BBB and state attorney general.
