When the entrance gate malfunctioned, Kathy was available and immediately sprung into action. Although there appeared to be a hardware issue with the entrance keypad, she told me and two others who were also unable to access our outdoor storage, that she would open the gate from the office until we all went through and then watch for us at the exit gate in case there was a larger system issue with the gates. I really appreciated her instant availability and eagerness to help. She even called me back later with an update on the entrance gate issue. Outstanding customer service. Thank you, Kathy.
