The renting process is very simple. I could call them, get my questions answered and rent a unit in a very short time. The Office staff at the storage complex is very helpful and friendly. We also liked the unit that we rented.

Kathy at the Grafton location has always been nothing but helpful and extremely nice over the phone when needed! After having storage with extra space for the last 5 years my only complaint is the lack of personnel at the location itself. The storage is affordable and i enjoyed knowing my personal belongs were safe, secure and protected. Now that we have a house, we no longer need our units but will always recommend Extra Space to others.

Very nice,clean place easy access. Just not happy with big rate increases . Unfortunately decided to move somewhere else to much money to pay for me
