I would not recommend this Extra Space Storage location. The monthly cost continued to increase over time, making it far more expensive than the value provided. For the price customers pay, I expected a clean, well-maintained facility, but that was not my experience. The storage areas were frequently dirty, with common spaces often looking neglected. To make matters worse, the facility only had one customer bathroom, and it seemed to be out of order consistently. What disappointed me most was the lack of response to customer concerns. I raised multiple complaints with both local management and the corporate office, yet the issues were never properly addressed. Despite repeated promises and reports, conditions remained the same. When you're paying premium storage rates, you expect basic cleanliness, functional amenities, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, this location failed to deliver on all three. I eventually moved my belongings elsewhere and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before renting here.

The place is clean and secure and getting a unit was low hassle. I feel very comfortable leaving my stuff there. This was my original post but now after being there a year things have changed place is dirty garbage always all over. The entry doors have been broken many times so you can only get in when someone is in the office. And within a year they raised my rent on my unit over 100$. So after the last time they raised my rent I packed my shit and went someplace else thats actually reasonable.
