Called the Ski Lane location regarding the broken back doors and this appears to be an ongoing issue at this facility as staff (Robert) confirmed that this happened previously about a month ago. This staff member confirmed that a technician will be out within the next two days to fix the broken doors. I will be following up on this issue closely as it seems that this location has ongoing security issues and I am very concerned about the possible damage to my items while exposed to temperature and humidity fluctuations, vermin, and any foot traffic that may be attracted to the open doors. Robert said that during operating hours the doors will be manually shut throughout the day, however, this does not address the fact that these doors are accessed 24/7 and will likely be left wide open during the night time.

Back door entrance has broken doors that are not closing all the way and the entire facility is open to the street. Incredibly concerning. This is irritating considering that I pay almost $100 a month for the peace of mind knowing my items are secure and kept in a climate controlled environment, which clearly they are not. If my stored items incur mildew or damage from vermin I will be seeking reimbursement for damages as well as storage fees.
