This is probably the worst place for storage. They glam it up with drive thru but they scam clients. If you get the online deal, make sure to move your stuff out before the first 3 or 4 months. Otherwise, they double your rent and claim they notified you. They raised my rent twice in one year! They say they send a notification in the mail but I never received one. They have no problem sending notification through email for rent coming up or calling you if you're a couple days late but they notify you about increase of rent through snail mail? They're a dishonest and scheming company and I'll suggest any other storage company before this one. Don't fall for it! Follow up: It's now 2 weeks after I have moved my stuff out and the manager is calling me to offer for me to pay half of my rent for payment to move out. I've already moved out! The amount that they're offering me to pay is how much I had originally paid for my storage. This is ridiculous! Why are you still trying to get money from me? This company is the worst. Smdh Stop harassing me!
