West Bend Extra Space Storage is excellent! The facility itself is very nice and well- maintained and very safe. The best part, however, is the store manager Kaylee Ott. She is extremely helpful, always friendly, and actually takes an interest in the people who rent storage spaces. The customer service she provides is exceptional!

Kaylee was super helpful and helped make the new Wisconsin laws and the change with the rates and due date easier to understand, we wanted to upgrade to a different size unit and she helped a lot with going over the hat options we had and went over some cool storage unit options I didn’t even know was a thing that’s actually really helpful for managing long term storage and short term storage easier the indoor facility is always clean bathrooms nice, and the only thing I’ve ever had a issue with was their carts are sometimes hard to find but they’ve done a great job trying to make sure that gets fixed these last few months! 5/5 would store again!
