Great customer experience on-site helping my daughter to get set-up with her first college summer storage. Also helped us to easily correct mistaken extra unit reservation due to website’s payment error. Each time we got a payment error on the website, their system created a reservation. If this happens to you. Check your email for a success email before trying to pay again.
