Spoke w/Brendan this morning letting him know that my rental unit went up by $62.70 more a.month....told him that's crazy ?? ?? not cool to raise it that much. Brendan was so nice to see if he could send a request to Corporate and get it lowered to around $86 or somewhere around that total...anyhow so very nice of him. Now to wait and see if they will accept the request to lower my rental unit. I had a very chat with him..he made me feel happier ?? thx Brendan!

My door was wedged/stuck shut by a piece of wood that had fallen over in my unit. The manager, Brennan, and the employee, Cara, were AMAZING at helping me get it open and both had positive attitudes the whole time. Very grateful for them. Glad I rent here

This facility in Palm Coast on Palm Coast Parkway is very clean, efficient and managed very well. The property manager Brennan is excellent! He is very respectful, courteous and customer oriented.
