I was in need of storage space I could access whenever I want to, and I had driven by the Extra Space Storage in Cohasset before, so I rented a unit. Yet when I arrived, I was a little intimidated by all the codes, locks, and maze-like layout. Fortunately, Su Jun Li was on duty in the administrative office, and she patiently showed me exactly what to do, step by step. She came up to the 3rd floor to help me locate my unit, showed me exactly how to lock and unlock it, and made the whole process human and easy. Today when I returned, it was a breeze, all because of Su. Her calm, friendly manner make this Extra Space my favorite space.
