I love this storage!!! It's terraced on a hillside which is pretty cool, and I like gaining entrance from the app on my phone, but the customer service is what really shines. They even let me know that I locked my unit in the open position. I feel like they really care about my stuff ?? 10/10 would recommend!! Update May 2026- This is already a fairly expensive storage unit for the size, and now rent is increasing by another $13. Doesn't seem like much, but with the rising costs of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, this one doesn't make much sense as the only electricity offered is a few overhead lights which don't do much since the facility is off limits after 10 pm anyway.....I'll pay it because it's an otherwise good unit close to my home but I don't have to like rent hikes. Thanks a lot ????
