With kiosks at Extra Space Storage, you can rent or reserve a storage unit, access your storage unit after general business hours, receive quick answers to frequently asked questions, pay your bills, and more.
How Do I Use a Kiosk?
You can use a self checkout kiosk at our storage facilities by tapping the screen and then following the on-screen prompts.
New customers can use our storage kiosks to:
Complete the storage rental process
Get facility information
Existing customers can log into the kiosk with their access code to:
Manage their account
Make payments
Access their storage unit
How Do I Rent a Storage Unit With a Kiosk?
To rent a storage unit using a kiosk, navigate to the kiosk home screen and follow these steps:
Tap Rent a Unit.
Tap Self Storage.
Select a unit size.
Select an available, green unit on the map to view features and more.
Once you have found a storage unit that fits your needs, tap Rent This Unit.
Select either On The Kiosk to continue the process or On My Phone to switch to your mobile device via QR code.
How to Contact Someone Using a Kiosk
To contact a representative for help, tap the Call Us Now button on the kiosk screen. This will connect you with a representative. When you are finished with the call, tap the End Call button to disconnect.
