Brett is a great manager. He is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable- especially about the specifics of the rental agreement. And though his bottom line is all about the business, Brett is also very kind. For example, if you are nearing the late fee date, he gives you a call to remind you. I have found every interaction with Brett- by phone or in person- to be pleasant.

I’ve been with Extra Space storage off and on for several years, the current manager at the facility I am currently at makes everything a breeze. Never gets annoyed or fed up with my questions or pop ins. Always very pleasant and well mannered. And the facility itself looks much better than what it did when I was scouting for storage spaces.
