This place is dishonest and playing a game of gotcha to lock you in and immediately and exorbitantly raise your rates. We rented 3 units in July of this year, move in process was smooth. One of the indoor climate units is great, the other is only mildly temp controlled. The third is an outdoor access unit. We just received notice today that one unit went up from $79 per month to $158 per month. Full price on their website today for the exact same unit is $135. Then 5 minutes later we get notice a second unit is going from $116 per month to $196 per month, also well above the full price advertised on their website. (And I’m not referring to the “web discounted pricing” I’m talking about the full advertised price. I’m sure I’ll get a similarly massive increase on the 3rd unit. We haven’t even been in the units 3 full months yet. They are trying to trick you, hook you and jack you up knowing that most would find it too much of a pain to move your stuff. Truly unethical company here, take your business elsewhere. I gave it 2 stars only because the access and security at the gates are nice.
