Ms. Leia,...The Manager, was very professional and helpful. She helped me navigate the process on my cell phone (which actually helped me save money). Companies push upselling and what cost the most. She made sure I chose what my family needed which goes a very long way. She (again) made sure the Unit was clean and ready for me. Upper Management/Owner(s) need to recognize her. (Location; 2062 Blake Bottom Rd NW Huntsville) I have one major concern though. I have read by many that the rate will more than double within a couple of months which isn't helpful in keeping me to stay. That's a shame.

The storage unit was great and the staff very helpful. However, I was not given the first months rent free as is advertised on their fence, plus, after my initial rental for three months the company decided to double my monthly rent. Therefore, I moved to another rental company. Always ask about price increases before you move in.
