I never thought I’d say I was excited to have a storage unit, but here we are… The entire process has been incredibly easy, from reserving online to using the straightforward app. The staff was patient and helpful during our first visit, and the facility itself is extremely clean and well-maintained. What really surprised me was how convenient the unloading process was. I fully expected to park outside, haul everything inside, find an elevator, and make multiple trips. Nope! The bay doors open right from the app, I backed up directly to the elevators, loaded everything onto the provided flatbed carts, and went straight down to our unit—and I didn’t even have to move my vehicle out of the loading bay while doing it. I was initially hesitant about having an indoor unit on the lower level, but the convenience of the entire setup makes that a complete non-issue. We’re already considering a second unit to store items from our shed that take a beating in the Arizona summer heat. That’s how easy they’ve made everything. Would absolutely recommend
