This was one of the most disappointing Extra Space Storage facilities I’ve encountered, especially because the experience started off so well. I reserved my unit online and received a call from a representative the very next day with move-in instructions. Unfortunately, she said she would send me a map showing how to locate my unit, but I never received it. She also told me that the office was open on Sundays until 5:00 p.m. However, when we arrived at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, we discovered that the office was actually closed. The most concerning issue was the lack of air conditioning near our unit. There was air conditioning in the main entrance by the elevator and in the elevator lobby on our floor. However, once we walked toward the units identified by letters, it was unbearably hot. Based on our experience, that section did not appear to be climate-controlled. The inaccurate information, lack of assistance upon arrival, and extreme heat near the unit made this a very disappointing storage experience.
