I rented a small storage unit on Saturday, apparently forgetting that your offices are closed on Sundays. Naturally, Sunday was also the one day in my life where the planets aligned and I actually had help available to move things. Human comedy at its finest. I called customer support fully prepared for chaos, but your team completely saved me. They expedited everything, handled it online, and somehow got me access to the unit and a key so I could move my stuff in without turning my weekend into a full emotional collapse sponsored by cardboard boxes. I will say, respectfully and with mild dramatic flair, Sunday may not be the strongest choice for a closure day in the storage business. But genuinely, thank you and your team for accommodating me and making it work.

Wonderfully helpful people and clean units! John and the team at the El Sobrante location are phenomenal. I am so happy with my choice to utilize Extra Space Storage!! Update(5/13/26) Lisa is an absolute angel on earth. She is knowledgeable, she has amazing energy and she’s one of those individuals who goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate her empathy and support while healing from this emergency appendectomy She’s the best!
