Nice clean secured storage units. Easy access. Initial phone call very helpful friendly staff made suggestions to give me the best deal best prices. On my arrival to the office to obtain keys to the new storage unit and sign paperwork very friendly staff they made you feel very welcome. Great prices Good location. My wife and I were searching for a storage space in the south Sacramento area and we are so grateful that we found this location! Signing up online for a unit that met our needs/wants was a breeze! We went in to see which unit was ours and Jordan was great to work with! He was friendly, walked us over to our unit and answered all of our questions. He also gave some great unsolicited advice and we just really appreciate all of his assistance. If our experience renting from here makes a turn for the worst we’ll keep you updated but we’re feeling optimistic!

I buy storage unit and i have gotten a few at the mack road location and the manager there is jordan and that guy goes above and beyond to help customers out. He was going by the unit i got and i was having trouble loading a bigger item and he just stops and helps me load it...what a great freaking guy
