Ed was super helpful and prompt with the help he provided. Answered the few questions I had. Walked me back to show me my unit and made sure I had the lock that I purchased with the unit rental. I’ve rented storage units before and this was by far the best customer service I have ever received. They usually hand you a lock and tell you the general direction of your unit, but not here. Went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was there.
