The staff at this location are so wonderful! This is my second consecutive year renting from Extra Space at the U Street location. Customer service is important to me, and Renae is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is out of this world. Moving a college student's belongings into storage while arriving from another state can be stressful. Renae was so patient and kind. She made the process of getting the correct size unit so smooth and easy. By the time our conversation ended, I felt like I was a part of Renae's family. You can't go wrong with the staff at this location. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Renae, Tiffany, and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience this year...and even last year!! If I could give additional stars, I would. So thank you again for everything!!!

We were having some issues getting the text or email confirmation with details. When Tiffany called to welcome us we explained and she was extremely helpful! She made sure we received the text with details and when we arrived showed us the unit and made sure it was clean and ready. We are grateful to Tiffany for making this stressful college pickup a much smoother experience.
