I just wanna say Tiffany, the lady at front desk was absolutely helpful! I’m a student at Howard and I came in, needing help with my storage unit after realizing I had forgotten my key, and as someone trying to navigate moving and transporting all my storage supplies by myself, I was honestly a little overwhelmed. She immediately recognized that I needed some extra assistance and went above and beyond to help me. She not only helped me access my unit, but also provided me with a new lock and patiently explained the proper way to unload and move everything so I wouldn’t end up being overcharged. Her guidance made the whole process so much easier. Beyond the practical help, the energy here was genuinely so kind and welcoming. She even gave me a good laugh in the elevator.?? This Extra Space Storage location is blessed to have someone like this lady who is attentive and caring to the people holding belongings there
