Reliable and safe. 24/7 (when I first moved in, I wrote a complimentary review at their request.) Unfortunately, moving is a hassle, but- I have had to move out due to the constant increase in price- The last increase was a increase of 70% from $159 to $255 for my 10x10 storage unit- I searched the area competition and found units in the area and all were prices around $150. I went on-line and saw Extra Space Storage was offering units for $113 for a 10x10(for new customers only). Be very careful doing business with Extra Space Storage due to their unethical business practices. They will suck you in with a low price and forever gouge you on price increases. They were completely unempathetic and blamed it on corporate policy. Do not trust Extra Space Storage ...- Do not give them the opportunity to take advantage of you- Avoid Extra Space Storage

2 units for 2 years. Wonderful experience! The facility looks new and is always clean. Indoor units are at a comfortable AC level. The staff are amazing, friendly and ready to help. I have zero complaints and would choose Extra Space Storage again in a heartbeat!
