The facility is nice and clean and has lots of room to maneuver around with a trailer. The location is convenient. However, the unit selection was somewhat deceptive. I rented the unit, a 10x10, climate controlled unit. When I arrived after hours with my loaded trailer and help to unload, we found the unit but it wasn’t what I ordered. Instead of the 10x10 they gave me two 5x10 units. No one was available to help after hours. The next day the staff offered to change the unit but I’d have to hire help to come move again. This was very frustrating and very inconvenient. Also, there appears to be homeless people living inside some of the units. If you rent from them I would definitely call to confirm the assigned unit is what you ordered. I’ve rented storage units dozens of times over the years and never encountered this problem.
