I needed a unit for a short time, I was loading in on Thanksgiving so nobody was going to be there. Dinah and Matt were extremely helpful, to make sure I had everything I needed, I was also able to make an adjustment to my bill, which I really appreciated. Good help is hard to find nowadays. Extra space storage is lucky to have two people That are helpful and courteous. You don't see that too often.

I've been a customer for 4 years. The facility is immaculate! It's climate controlled, clean, secure/monitored, and offers convenient access from 6am-10pm. Employees are on-site and are friendly & helpful - especially Matt! I highly recommend!
