Dinah was awesome and the patience of a saint. I wasn’t the best customer I was aggravated and frustrated. I’ve been trying four days to get a unit and it just didn’t work out. So, today she happened to pick up my call and she was an angel. She had to put up with all my sass, but she was a trooper. Thank you Dinah!! We need more people like her????
