Extra Space Storage (Cocoa) has been fantastic and so helpful from the first phone call for information till this review and I'm sure till the end of my time with them. They are professional and friendly. And have gone above and beyond when I had a problem of my own doing. One of the boxes had fallen and gotten wedged between the door and another box and no matter what I tried on my own nothing worked. The lady from the office (sorry forgot her name) came upstairs with me and actually got down on the floor with me to see what we could do. Then made 2 trips downstairs and back up with things to try to get it open so we didn't have to drill the lock. Not many people would lay on the floor instead of just telling you "we don't have tools for that. We will have to drill it and you'll be charged x amount." The place is always clean even the parking lot. The hallways and elevators are nice and wide and tall. There are security cameras everywhere so I never worry about someone trying to break in. I couldn't be more happy with everything about my experience. I would not hesitate to tell anyone needing a little Extra Space Storage to give them a call. For any kind of storage needs.
