Every time I'm renting unit at this facility, I'm amazed by staff great hospitality and friendliness. They turn my moving experience into easy breezy quick get away from stress. And I love the fact how clean, safe/secured and convenient the space we r renting. We want to extend a big thank you to Levi West and Vicky at ExtraSpace Storage for their outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, Vicky made us feel welcome—she was kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She showed us the available storage unit and took the time to answer our initial questions thoroughly. When we returned to the office, the store manager, Levi West, walked us through the rental agreement. He was equally knowledgeable and had a fantastic personality, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The monthly fee is very reasonable, and the level of service we received was truly top notch. He was extremely helpful on ensuring the storage facility I needed was located at the signaled corner (there are two separate locations sharing the same “storage space”). Service was immediate and his demeanor was excellent. I was able to get my lock and lease done in less than ten minutes. Appreciate Jason’s help!!! Bravo ??!!
