This establishment does not have flat rates. So, they can charge you whatever they want. They had a promotional price, which was high already. But when I asked what the price would be after the promotion, I was told “I don’t know.” This type of pricing, one can pick and choose who gets a certain price. Everything can be based on the sex or color of a person. I told the person at the desk it seemed like a scam. I got the storage, but it did not seem right to me. A couple of days later I went back and got a refund. I went to Public Storage and got a bigger storage for less money. This place was charging almost $200 for a 10x15; and at Public Storage a 10x20 is $144. Less just say, I’m good with not going to this storage with no confirmed prices.
