I left Extra Storage today. They priced me out of my unit. My fee nearly tripled in a year. However, my service experience was excellent. Renelle oversaw an excellent operation and ensured my checkout was stress less. She’s definitely 5-star!

If you ever need storage in the riverview area contact this facility. Renelle is the property manager, she is the best! Grounds are immaculate, Renelle is super friendly and professional and very transparent! I highly recommend.

I never ever do reviews but wanted to leave a review on Renell! I came in and asked for prices and she went over every doubt or concerns i had about the storages! Every question I had she answered it!! She was very helpful, very sweet overall awesome customer service!! My experience coming to this location was beyond awesome!!! Keep up the great customer service!!!
