I’ve been using this storage facility for a while, and recently noticed my monthly rate had increased unexpectedly. Thankfully, Jose was incredibly helpful—he took the time to listen to my concerns, spoke with a manager on my behalf, and was able to get my rate adjusted back to the original amount.
