Good experience with the lady on the phone, she was very helpful and helped me reserve a unit for my vehicle. But the dude in the counter try to give me a hard time, doesn't know his job and said rude comments.

This storage place, so far has been much better and more economical than 3 other local places I've stored with. Cleaner all around, in and out. More friendly and professional staff. They provided a unit on the 3rd floor. The elevator was fast and smooth. The app they have is excellent. Their carts were plentiful and in good working order and smooth. Right next door on Rt 1. Next to Walmart. I do recommend this storage, and a little tip - offer to pay upfront at least 4 months. You'll probably get a better deal.
