The Very Best help & assistance to find the perfect storage unit was provided by Layne at the National Sales Center & further assisted by Ivan, the Store Manager !! They both were SO Extra kind patient, & thoughtful on the phone during a critical crisis my family is experiencing !! I really can't express enough gratitude & appreciation for their "above & beyond" (new) customer care & service !! They gave me outstanding, exceptional customer service, as a 1st time "renter" in this part of FL. In the past, many years ago I had a storage unit 200+ miles away -- & employees there were also Extra kind & deserved 5 stars too, -- BUT Layne & Ivan deserve an "Oscar & an Emmy" for their efforts on my behalf !! Have been renting a unit from this location for a year now and have been very satisfied from the start. Management is top notch. They are extremely quick to help out, always have great communication, and are just overall friendly and compassionate people. Couldn’t recommend more.
