Another storage facility wanted to charge me the non first time price as circumstances made me get a larger climate controlled unit even though I never even saw it. I booked it on-line. Kathy assured me I was in capable hands, took me to see the unit when I arrived in town and gave me the 411 on open and close times and how to use the very easy app to get into the secured area.
