I had a wonderful experience with locating and finding the storage I needed for my inventory. Ed was excellent while processing the service needed and showing me around. I was pleased with his help and then Rebecca just closed it all out for me. She was excellent as well and to say they both are great and people friendly as they serve customers looking for storage. I would recommend them to others in the area. The Loring Lane location is clean, smell good and is well organized. Thank you for your services Ed and Rebecca.??

Ed at Extra Space Storage was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. He made the entire move-in process quick and stress-free, explained everything clearly while setting me up for a storage unit over the phone, and even came out personally to show me exactly how to use the lock, which I really appreciated. The rates were the best I found, and the facility itself is very clean, secure, and air-conditioned, which made a huge difference while moving my belongings in. The flat dollies provided helped a lot because I could stack a lot of boxes on them and move them all at once. The whole process was incredibly easy and organized from start to finish. If you’re looking for great customer service and a smooth storage experience, definitely ask for Ed … he goes above and beyond! Don’t forget to refer your friends and family! They will be glad you did.
