A word of advice. If you need long term storage, don't use this place. They will double your rent within one year and when you ask for help because you can't afford it anymore, you won't get it. This company's website says they are all about helping their customers but they aren't. And I am not going to call out the manager for this facility because I know she is just doing her job (I hope), but that job seems to include a bit of gate keeping for the corporation as a whole. She did help me a few months back when my rate was raised to over twice what it was when I started, but when I asked again for help, the response was, my supervisor will not approve another adjustment. When asked for the "supervisor's" name and contact info, the response was "we don't give out that information". So now I am having to do things like this and put the word out that this company is predatory and does not care about you. They KNOW what a hassle it is to find another place to move to and they know you will just keep paying whatever they charge because you have to. Other storage places do it as well. Seems to be a common business practice for these people. Greedy. Heartless. Soulless. They don't care if you are forced into using their facility because you can't afford to live somewhere that you can keep all of your belongings with you. They don't need the extra money they charge you and they don't care that you do need it. I still haven't heard from the elusive "supervisor" either.
