I had a really great experience booking over the phone. The customer service rep was so nice and she answered all of my questions. She walked me through the process and setting it up turned out to be very easy. The promotion deal was nice! When I called back to change the size of my locker they helped me easily. Scott was a lifesaver! He’s so cool to help me out when I was in a pinch- I had just a few boxes that the movers couldn’t fit in my storage unit. He stopped what he was working on to help me quickly get an inexpensive mini locker. I am so appreciative He also guided my movers to my new locker. He also gave me a tour of the facility so that I could easily get around. Scott also gave me a great deal on the second locker! Thanks so much:) Moving is stressful enough and I really appreciated the kindness and help. 10/10! I recommend
