What a wonderful experience. When I reserved the space online, I ended up calling the call center because the unit I needed was saying unavailable after it confirmed it online. The rep on the phone was able to bypass that and secure it for me completing all necessary steps. He then gave me the number for the actual local storage facility and Nicole who manages that space was even more helpful. I am so pleased with my experience thus far and I have just made my first payment. The prices are fair and the unit size is a good size. Thank you, all!
