I chose this location because of the great reviews and even then it was beyond my expectations. First off, the property Manager Terry is so nice, helpful, and fun to visit with! You can tell she loves what she does and more importantly, really puts herself out there as a resource and contact if you need anything at all. It’s rare to find property managers who are that passionate about what they do and caring of their tenants. The property is super secure and very, very clean and well maintained! I didn’t see a leaf or piece of trash anywhere on this like 5 acre property! The rentals units come spotless and you can tell how great of a company and manager this is because the blacktops are still in brand new condition and recently sealed and even all the reflective paint on the ground is in pristine condition showing it’s regularly painted or touched up. The facility is secure, with great camera coverage and lighting. I also like that the property manager lives on site and the backside of the property backs up to elevated residential houses who help keep an eye on things as well. I was going to use this unit short term, but it’s such a great facility, manager, and value that I will rent longer term so I can have more free space in my home’s storage areas and garage.
