I’ve been here for about a year now and have a 5 x 10. My 5 x 10 is in a swamp cold atmosphere and it always feels very nice in there on the second floor. I remember last year it got to 115° and it was quite tolerable. I go to storage about twice a week so I’m pretty much in and out of there a lot. It’s very clean and there’s not a lot of people coming in and out, and there’s no homeless people changing in their units, which is nice. It’s pretty secluded and off to the side so there’s no interference with Shady business. The guy who works there is extremely nice and very hard-working, he always has a good eye on the place. I always see him doing some sort of project or helping a customer out. He is very helpful. The first three months we were able to get a good special for $40 a month, but I was told upfront it would go about half up from there and it’s been at $90 for several months now but I think that is a fair deal considering the unit layout, having it being air-cooled and the nice environment. As a woman, going there a lot, I feel very safe. Definitely five stars for me. I will have a unit here for a very long time or until there’s no need for a unit. Oh yeah one more thing, the access is extremely easy. Just hit a button on the app they give you. It’s very easy and I love when it’s really hot out I don’t have to roll down my window and or type in dirty numbers with my finger. For me that’s huge.
