Not sure if it’s the new ownership but after this last experience I’m moving out to access storage. Also Im changing the review from a 5 star to this. Their prices do not increase every 2 months like here and they are easier to work with. Not happy at all.

GHETTO!!! DO NOT store valuable items the people there are the absolute worst. I had a water leak at the facility that resulted in most of my stored belongings being soaked and destroyed. What makes this experience even worse is that I was not notified about the water leak at all. I only discovered the problem by accident, and when I checked my unit, I found my belongings soaking wet and severely damaged. After discovering the damage, I expected the storage facility to take responsibility and provide meaningful assistance. Instead, I received little to no help. I was left to deal with the damage to my property on my own. Another major issue is the insurance situation. Customers are encouraged to purchase coverage, and the facility recommends relatively low coverage amounts such as $2,000, while the maximum coverage may be $10,000. But when something actually happens, the contract appears to provide the company with plenty of protection while the customer is left dealing with the consequences. Make sure you read every detail of the agreement and understand exactly what is and isn’t covered before storing anything valuable. I also witnessed people riding motorcycles inside the facility, which is extremely concerning from a safety and property-protection standpoint. I have pictures documenting both the damage to my belongings and the motorcycles inside the facility. The lack of communication about the water leak, the extent of the damage, and the lack of meaningful assistance afterward have completely destroyed my confidence in this facility. If you are considering storing your belongings here, think very carefully about the risks and read the contract and insurance terms extremely carefully. My experience has been an absolute nightmare. Damaged property, poor communication, and virtually no support when I needed it most.
