Robin, the store manager is excellent to work and deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating. He is very timely in setting up the paperwork and getting the rental agreement ready and explaining it in way that it is not overwhelming and very understandable. His demeanor is excellent and he is very supportive throughout the entire process. Even after you begin your rental Robin is extremely approachable and helpful. We have many units at this location and the day to day management of this facility is excellent and that is due to Robin. Absolutely no issues, and if they should arise, I am totally comfortable that Robin will address them in order to solve them quickly. He's that kind of a person. Highly recommend this location.
