Have been a customer at this ExtraSpace Storage location for years. It is a well maintained and managed facility with an excellent team, especially Robin with whom I recently met to address a need for additional short-term storage. I had initially gone online to reserve another storage unit, however when I met with Robin to finalize the paperwork, we discussed my needs and the time period I needed the extra unit. After reviewing what I reserved online, he offered a unit both larger and closer to my other unit that was more cost-effective than what I initially reserved online. Terrific customer experience. Thanks!

Extra Space is the best of the best for all your storage needs. Its clean, well lit, safe, in my unit temperature controlled. But what makes it even more special is the staff. Robin at Extra Space Storage was a great help in assisting me with my move out of my unit. He is very active as the manager at the Norwood, NJ facility . It's nice to see a good presence at this location. At this time I don't need a storage unit, but in the future I will consider this company.
