I have been renting storage space here for over three years, and my experience has been consistently positive. Recently, I spoke with the manager, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time and effort to break open my lock when I misplaced my key, and I truly appreciate her prompt and efficient help. I just rented a storage unit again from Extra Space Storage @ 777 Rt 37 W in Toms River NJ. I have rented from them before but this time when I went into the office I was greeted by 2 of the nicest people that I’ve ever dealt with. They were so friendly and helpful when I asked them a few questions they took care of my concerns regarding my lock and made sure that I had a unit on the first floor since I am disabled because I couldn’t tell when I was online trying to book the unit. They assured me that it was definitely on the bottom floor. Anyway it was a much different experience than when I rented a unit in the past. Their office is nice and clean. The website was easy to use. And I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit. Oh!! And one more thing, I got the BEST price here from anywhere else around in this area! Good deal! Great service! (The pictures are showing the roll up doors, easy peezy!!!)
