Very nice & helpful except for the fact that I've been in & out of the hospital for 14 months & was late paying my bill a few times my bill went from $120 a month to $400. This fee that fee UNREAL!! They're a new company now I hope they would be able to help people out because that is ridiculous especially someone on a fixed income.
