I have two units here and when I moved a couple of months ago I misplaced the keys for both units. Rick in the office was so helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Shay helped me by replacing the locks on both units. Both staff members were genuinely happy to help and were quick with a smile. They could not have been nicer. The facility itself is clean, secure and well lit. I have no concerns when I have to go to the facility after dark. I definitely recommend this storage facility for your short and long term storage needs. Thanks again to Rick and Shay for helping me today! Your help was greatly appreciated!
